Gaming Gadgets: Razer Mamba Gaming Mouse

For those of you in hardware land this week (CES) here is something to put in your hands, the Razer Mamba Gaming Mouse. This mouse features a 1ms response time (as opposed to 8ms) and has the option going with 2.4 Ghz wireless, or a wired connection. Starting at $129.99 US you can eliminate your mouse from the “i suck” excuse list. 

The mouse will be available on Razerzone.com in February 2009 and Worldwide in Q1 2009.

    It’s a nice looking mouse. It kind of looks like the original Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer – the first optical mouse I ever saw. I owned one for about 5 years before I had to replace it.

    The optional wire is a nice touch. Battery die? Just plug in and keep going. Interference from too many wireless mice in the area (something I’ve had problems with at LAN parties)? Just plug in and keep going.

    The price tag is a little high though :(
