Blizzard considering console

In an interview with GameIndustry.biz, Mike Morhaime, CEO of Blizzard, gave assurance that Blizzard is in fact looking at the console for development. This possibility is strengthened by the recent merger with Activision.

While looking to new platforms it is hard to see Blizzard as the small guy, but that is not a big concern to Morhaime.

“I think that, it comes down to games, so I’m not too worried about being first to make a claim or first to take a market share.” Morhaime said.

    I agree! I loved The Lost Vikings. I think that Blizzard should release it on XBLA, PSN and VC. Maybe a graphical face-lift for XBLA and PSN similar to what was done with Prince of Persia.
