Walt Disney Pictures Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, which is adapted from Ubisoft’s game of the same name, is currently being filmed in Morocco and is currently set for a 2010 release date. Also in other game movie news Justin Marks the writer of the new Street Fighter movie, Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li, stated in a recent interview:
I grew up with the ‘Street Fighter’ games. I don’t see them as cheesy or funny, but as serious characters that deserve to be explored in their own right.
It is going to be interesting to see how his script will turn out and even more interesting to see if the movie will actually be good.
