Fallout: New Vegas Announced
First on the Bethesda blog this morning, and now all over the internet, is super exciting information about a new Fallout game coming to consoles sometime next year. Despite having very little information available, the prospect of another Fallout title that soon is enough to make any gamer giddy to the gonads with glee. It is to release on PC, PS3 and 360.
The Bethesda team is working with Obsidian on the project, developers of Alpha Protocol and Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. It is not a Fallout 3 sequel, as it won’t take place in the same area. It’s an entirely individual, unique RPG entity for the Fallout universe of incredible awesomeness. Because of teamwork with Obsidian, work on the game will not delay the status of any Bethesda projects, like the upcoming Broken Steel DLC.
