Final Fantasy VII on PSN

It looks like Square and Sony have released Final Fantasy VII on the Japanese PSN store. It is available to play on either your PS3 or PSP.
If you have a Japanese PSN account, you can get download FFVII for ¥1,500 (US$14.93). No word yet on whether or not it will see a North American or European release as well.
For fans of the Final Fantasy series, this is big news. It is definately a step in the right direction towards the end result of everyone being able to enjoy this fine game. Considering that this game is quite rare (and expensive if found), being available a digital download is quite welcome.
