Trophies Becoming A PS3 Standard!

Ever have to replay a game because the trophy patch come out after you beat it in the first place? GTA IV is a good example. Well Sony hears your cry! Starting in January all PS3 games will be required to have trophies. The dreaded but yet beloved trophy patch is a thing of the past, hows that for kicking off a good New Year? VideoGamer.com received conformation from the SCEE today that it will be a standard for releasing a game on the platform post 2008. Trophies have brought a lot of old games new life and alot of gamers are more engaged trying things out of there normal play style’s in a hunt for recognition! Glad to see that there will be more great times to come!
