Therefore to receive this key leave a comment explaining what type of levels you plan on creating once LittleBigPlanet is released. The winner will be picked by a number of factors, originality being a big one. The deadline for this contest is October 4th, so get those comments in fast! The winner will be announced on Sunday October 5th.

I plan on creating a few pretty basic puzzle levels.

I plan on creating a level on the rings of Saturn. You’ll be on a motorcycle, and have a gun. The devil will be in a cloud playing his fiddle at you, and if you get hit by the ultra-violet waves the fiddle sends out, you die, and get transported to Pluto. You must roam at least a hundred miles on that planet, and locate a marble before you are allowed to go back to Saturn.

I am thinking of making a level in the car driving through a zombie infested city with ramps to land on to enemies. At the end of the level there will be a giant monster that will pick up the car and destroy it. Then you have to take the monster apart limb by limb till you destroy the brain but you will have to be quick in destroying it or it will come back together. Then it will be a survival where you have to defeat zombies until a helicopter comes and saves you.
My idea of a level: You start in a fertile land where grass, trees, mushrooms etc are abundant. I will give the impression that this is the standard sort of level. You do some basic jumps and pushing and grabbing towards the right, as the left side will be bounded by a steep mountain. Then you see a volcano past which you cannot go. While you are nearing the volcano, you get thrust into the air forcibly by a piece of earth which goes back to its original place in case you fail. In the air, you will be given the illusion of flying through space, as the background will darken. You then reach the sky limit, by which a considerable number of stars will hang. The stars to the right will hang by a perishable type of rope which will falls upon grabbing, to go with the left-side limit of the level. However, you will be able to weave your way to the right just enough so that you are able get to the other side of the volcano. That is to say, the stars on the right will be usable for a few inches, after which they will fall down at the weight of your sackboy. To the right of the volcano, you will see an arid, hot, reddish environment. There, I will use elements such as fire and steel to increase the feeling of unfriendliness of the surroundings. As you will explore the site to the right, you will unexpectedly fall into a pit, where you will find yourself in an underground cave, a large void with little daylight, where I will use material such as limestone, lava, chalk, salt, etc. I will also make use of plentiful stalactites and stalagmites. After a series of small challenges which you will come across as you travel towards the right, you will see more and more daylight, and eventually, you will get out of the cave, only to notice that you are standing on a large ice cap. To the left, there will only be the entrance to the cave, and jumping over the entrance will be impossible. To the right, you will se an icy slope which ends in an icy ramp (which will seem naturally carved). While standing on ice, the sackboy freezes and can glide if the slope is steep enough. There will also be patches of land as to permit you to freeze only from the point where it will be possible for you to glide. Only by jumping, it will not be possible to get past the ramp and over the void, but instead you fall into a dead-end pit from where you will have to respawn. If, however, you freeze yourself and catch enough speed while on the ramp, you will reach the ending part of the level, the monitor where the statistics are shown.

hi i would like a key because i was waiting patiently snce it was announced, now with all this beta business i would like to give this game a go before its out… if i do get the key i would like to crete some awesome levels, thx for any keys u give me
oh um should i go into more detail? well i owuld like to make a level with all the hazards in the game, fire, gas, and electric. it willl be a hard long level but it will be playable, and beatable. then at the end i will put in little prize bubbles containing one of my created objects. this will most likly be a 1 person level but more can play
my idea for a level will be quite simple in theory but has potential of being one the funnest levels. would love to create an elements level; a level where you’d slowly progress through five elements! earth, wind, fire, water and life. there could also be variations of the the element levels where it’d be five elements of hip-hop or five elements of metal!
i plan on recreating the entire mario series from nes and will be spending the greater part of the month with no job and no showers to get it done!!!
I plan on making replicas of the 7 wonders of the world, you know cool things like that
I WANT TO MAKE A LEVEL BASED ON HOCKEY IT WOULD HAVE ICE PUCKS HOCKEY STICKS GOLIES ALOT OF OTHER STUFF
My idea for a level would be a moon world. Maybe add some things like craters and aliens and things. The level would go in a fahsion around the moon with parts of the level being dark while others are bright with the earth shown every so often in the “sky.” Then have it end with you going back to earth in a ship.
I plan on making a level based on Tomb Raider. If I tell you any more I will have to kill you.
I would make a level that shows an OS.
Like Mac OSX and a huge level where the buttons each trigger a block that looks like a window from the OS.
Like a Button with a Firefox sticker would trigger a block to fall that would have a Firefox browser window.
And then at the end the OS crashes.
So Mac would have a kernel panic and Windows would BSOD!
Or maybe a level that slowly fills with enemies and to get away you have to climb to the top with the jetpacks. Jetpack Hopping I would call it.
I plan on making racing levels, and “Haunted House” Type Levels
ok, well i loved playing new and old games. so i will try to make games where you just go up and up and if you fall thats it. wonder what happened to game like that. anyways ill build stages so complicated with every twist something thats nearly imposible to overcome, i love it when games give me a challenge and now im happy to know that i can make the way i want it. i will mostlikely make maps that remind me of other games if possible, so that people can be like hmmmm i remember that from another game and just love the maps i make one way or another. i am an architect or studdying to be one so im kind of a perfectionist in a way. so if i want to create a whole world, I WILL!!!
anyway here is to me winning a key.

I plan to create a pagoda type of level whereon each fllor you have to pass a different type of single monster/creature. Kinda like Bruce lee in Game of Death movie fighting his way to the final boss

Well the first level i would make would be ambiented in a zombie world like residen evil with the apocalyptic scenarios.

i plan to make something with a dominos affect a lot of things with maybe fire like puzzles to try and get across that are in flames. create two giant sack boy boxing figures with hand movements fun stuff
EASY I WANNA RECREATE CLASSIC MARIO LVLS WITH AN LBP TWISt PLUS A SPIRAL TUBE DOWNWARD LVL THAT CONSTANTLY TWIST TO LOOK UPSIDE DOWN.
The level will consist of an intricate maze towards the goal of cheezeburger which a lolcat-like sackboy must obtain so he can has his cheezeburger.
A few ideas:
I was born and raised in New York City, so I would definitely make some kind of urban city map. It would include buildings large and tall that need to be scaled. I would have to include several taxis and if possible some kind of subway based behind real lines in the city. The background would be from uptown to downtown. Smaller buildings to central park with trees to downtown with all the lights and noise of time square.
My next idea is recreating a classic mario bros level. Outfit sackboy as close to mario as I can. A lot of hopping on enemies, going up and down hills, and hopefully some green vehicle modeled after yoshi. The end would be on top of a pole if possible.
Last idea would have to be some kind of maze level(multiple ones would be needed to keep it fresh) where there is only one true path. There will be multiple paths but only one leads to victory. The rest lead to dead ends or worst.
I would like to try and recreate a Rock Band level complete with all instruments. Four players and four instruments. It would be so fun to run through the level with your friends making music all the way. LBP theme song in LBP, with a touch of Rock Band added.

i would have giant sackboys with a whole bunch of those springy bird thingies everywhere like a infestation

I will make a SPACE/STAR TREK themed level… with rocket ships/spaceships, aliens, space stations to explore, and some some other classic Star Trek stuff thrown in for good measure (TNG of course!). I will call my level “Planet Trek: The Little Big Generation”.
THE PS3
You start in a level that seems like a normal level until you fall into a hole and find yourself in a level with a lot of cables, electricity, heat, sakpeople and ps3 exclusive characters. you start playing and then you figure something out when you see a lot of moving boxes and platforms, they move vertically or horizontally, the boxes have icons like a music note, or a camera, or a disc…YOU ARE INSIDE A PS3 and that part is the cross media bar, this part is like a puzzle level because you nid to time your jumps and there are swiches in the icons that make more platforms appear, and those platforms can make other stuff happen. After completing that part you keep moving, there can be hard drives and proccesors in the way, and the data are enemies. And at the end you see a disc with the lbp logo that you have to move to be able to eject and exit the ps3…then next to the ps3 there is a really cool design for a vehicle or enemy, but the point is is really cool and that is the reward for completing the level. You can incorporate ps3 exclusive characters as bosses if you want and the level has to modes, story in wich you have to get out of the ps3 or competitive that you are playing in the cross media bar area and the last to fall wins.
A CRYSTAL MAZE
mazes arent very originall but this one of those mazes that you move a little ball and have to get it in the middle, well the maze is a circle maze and as you are moving through the maze the maze also moves

NINJA WARRIOR LEVEL
Ok my level is going to be called “halloween town”
The Level will be composed out of a series of puzzles and boses. The level starts off with you being a trick or treater and entering halloween town and having to find your way around a horde of zombies. After every obstacle there will be a puzzle and then a boss, then there will be a check point. In the fist part of the level there will be zombies and you will have to find the puzzle and solve it in order to put the zombies to sleep. Once you complete the puzzle and put the zombies back to sleep, a zombie boss will appear. After you defeat the zombie boss there will be a check point. There will be 3 other puzzles and boses that you will have to solve and defeat. There will be a werewolf one, a vampire one, and the last there will be the scary and grumpy old man stage that will be the hardest and the funniest stage. Once you complete the last stage you will complete the level.
I would make a Halo-themed level with a vehicle and lots of obsticles to re-make the Maw in the first game.
I would create a replica of Shadow of Colossus were you have to climb up a moving giant and travel inside his body to work your way to the top. The obstacles would require good timing and have many different rockets and even different vehicles. If the game supports this, each player would have a time limit which would promote competition and re-playability.
I will make a level on the Eveloution Of Sony and how became this big.
I wanna make level out of glass with custom crystals everywhere. Would like yo try and see if the sackboy would become distorted if he walked in front of a crystal like formation. Would also like to try out various slides and spiral slides. Id like to have a skeletal dragon as the boss. To kill it wanna see if i can get crystal formations to fall from the top of his lair.
In my level I would like to re-create the events in the movie ” Poseiden ” . the level would be a type of Maze, if you hit a dead end your Sackboy could die in an explosion or drown in the rising waters.There would also be hidden switches to open doors/passages to escape.The finish line would be just outside of the propellers on a raft with Coast Guard Choppers flying around it.
Another idea I had was to make a level exploring different insect homes.you could possibly enter an Ant-Hill and help the ants(dummies I would make) carry out task to get points.Such as carrying some food to an area to activate a secret switch that unloads points for you.A bee-hive could be used too…
Hopefully these ideas are possible to actually make,I would surely put a large amount of time into both.
I am going to make a map that is based in a house that takes you up to the attic and then onto the roof and drops you into the yard where there’s a giant lawn mower! Some other ideas I had was one that would take you underground into the sewers were there will be killer alligators!

Oh, where to begin? Ever since I heard about LittleBigPlanet, more than a year ago, all I have been doing is watching gameplay videos and thinking up my own ideas for levels. Some ideas have already been done, either in the beta or as stage demos: like a mario level, a linerider level, a level that looks like my room, or even a musical level where a song and its beat are made by the actions Sackboy take. Though some of my ideas have been taken I do still have a few left. Here is one example of a level I would create:
A jungle level that takes places in the tree-tops, where Sackboy has become TreeBoy (kind of like Tarzan), loin-cloth and all. The goal of the level will be to make it from tree to tree before the antagonist, a large tree-dwelling monkey, gets to you. The level starts by having the player meet fellow TreeBoys where he explains their dire situation and asks the player for help before their LittleBigSociety is taken over by the monkeys. The monkey in this level will be chasing you and constantly moving from left to right as the level pushes you to advance to the right. If you slow down too much the Monkey will get to you and the level is over. The level will provide plenty of vines to swing from as well as plantforms to run along, resembling treehouses made by other TreeBoys. There will also be at least one small puzzle to open a chest that contains a hang-glider. If the puzzle becomes too hard, an AI Treeboy will give hints. Once opened, the hang-glider will provide a safe route to the ground, where before, if you fell, you would have died. Your TreeBoy will safely float down to the ground and be caught by the Monkey. A short battle will happen where you have to jump onto and knock off the monkey’s arms then head (each arm and the head will have little bubbles to pop, where once done that body part falls off; we have seen this type of way to kill an enemy on many levels already). Shorter trees will surround the battle area giving the player a place to jump from to get the the Monkey (seeing as how the monkey will be at least twice the size of TreeBoy. After the battle is won, the player proceeds to the end where he is greeted by the rest of the TreeBoys. The TreeBoy group gives the player the items won in the level, including the rocket-propelled hang-glider, as a thank you.
I can’t wait until I get my hands on this.
I want to build a prison break level and that you have to gather stuff to lower a bridge,gate,…I’ll integrade photos, and have T-bag as a boss at the end of the level,I’ll make it with friend, maybe make for every season a level,…

I will make a nuclear power plant level and release some green gas out of the top of the building to make it look realistic. Buildings like offices and then a big problem where you have to try and stop some kind of problem and if you do then you pass the level

I think it would be quite fun to dive into the life of a squirrel making its way up a giant tree – from the inside.
In cartoons, when you see a squirrel go into a mouse-house like whole at the bottom of a tree and come out a similar whole way up at a branch. What does he see along the way?
Maybe he’ll see a huge snake is ready to strike. Or a spider with an intricate web to catch squirrels unawares. Maybe he’ll meet with a squirrel living in tree – an older one that doesn’t like all these damn kids climbing through his house and tracking dirt everywhere. Maybe parts of the tree are rotting so platforms are missing, or will fall when something lands on them.
I plan on making a stage that spans several levels. 1st you start in an easy platfoming stage till you meet some people. They say that some “beast”has been terrorizing there town, and to meet with this scientist for more info. He tells you that one of his experiements have been put on the loose, and that you need to stop him. You then get to the key to the next level, which requires going up a mountain to where the beast lives. He set a bunch of traps for anyone trying to get him, and even has a couple minions out and about. After you get to the top, you fight the “beast” whom is actually easy to beat. Then, you go down the other side of the mountain and back to town. The next level. You find the town is destroyed and overrun with robots. You get though them and meet with one of the townspeople. He says that that monster was a distration, and that the scientist then took over the town with many of his minions. He then says that the scientist escaped into the forest. You then go after the scientist.

The scientist made a floating fortress, and it is your job to catch up to it. Along the way, he put a bunch of monsters to stop you. Once you reach the fortress, you need to climb up in. It is basiclly a metroid style mase to reach the top…with many small rooms with bubbles and items you can find. Once you reach the top, you need to fight a giant mecha robot. He is a very complicated boss, because you have to take him apart before you can reach his brain. Finally, you reach the scientist, who narrowly escapes and activates self destruct sequence. It is then a race to escape the fortress, while the place slowlly falls apart. you basiclly need to go back though the mase and get to the bottom. After you escape, you find the scientist on the ground. He quickly gets inside a huge robot, and you need to fight it. It is also a complex robot, and takes awhile to win. Finally, after you destroy the scientist, you go back to town, and you are congratulated.
I’m going to build a pocket picker to steal your Beta Keys. I’d also like to build something reminiscent of Portal.
I plan on creating a level where the Sackboys get strapped to a giant wooden Circlular cut – out and are then pushed by a spring and launched into a fast paced race against time to find the hidden yoghurt pot encased in a lock box which they must open using skill strength and maybe even some thought. After that they must find a way back to there homeland. they must do this by finding a catapult and launching themselves in the right direction to get there. Once they get back to there homeland they find out that as they landed they triggered a remote detonation device which has blown up the land. they must fetch all the bubbles they can find and drag them into a tilted bucket until they have enough to make the bucket fall over sending bubbles down the slope and onto the burning land and putting the fire out. they must then help to rebuild the town and get high enough to reach the golden star to finish the level off. This level will include obstacles, fire pits, huge chasms with spikes at the bottom, battery powered crocodiles, complicated machinery, brain twisting puzzles, insane monsters, heart skipping thrills and killer marshmallows……….with eyes!!!
This level is just one of the many i wish to create in my time playing this game. I dont mind if i dont get chosen for the Beta but i would really appreciate it if i did. I just wanted to share my ideas with the world! (and hopefully get chosen for the beta
)

My idea of levels that i want to make when it is out is a remake kinda thing of Donkey kong or mario, and also i want to make some long rollercoaster and at then end it throws you off the rails to the ending.

I have about a million ideas for things to make in littlebigplanet. Here are some of them:
I would love to recreate scenes from movies or video games.
I could make a Jaws level with a giant shark as a boss at the end.
I would love to make a mario level with electric goombas and koopas that are on fire and shoot fire at you.
I could make a level about basket ball and set it up to be 2 to 4 player competitive with jetpack and basketballs that need to go through a hoop ten feet high and you could steal the ball by slaping the other players.
I could make a smash bros type level with a floating platform where the sackboys try to knock each other off and the last one standing gets a big prize.
I could make a level from god of war 2 or kingdom hearts.
I could make a soccer game kinda like the basketball game with a wide field.
I could make a racing level with a circuit and a bunch of different cars
I would like to make a halo level with sackboy running around under the feet of people playing a halo match.
I could make a boss fight against the metal gear mk. 2 from MGS4
I could make my house and have sackboy running around inside at 4 in. tall
I could make a level in a library with a librarian chasing sackboy with a fly swatter.
I could make a space level, It would be really tall with lots of rockets and aliens and acid and lots of jetpacks
I could make a laser gun for sackboy to use, that would be cool in the alien level.
It would be cool if i could put videos from my hdd in the background and make levels based around family guy, the simpsons and south park with clips playing in the background.
I could make an Iron man level, with weapons and fighting the giant Iron man suit at the end.
I could make a level about dragons like Lair, and make a dragon that actually flies the prize for beating the level.
I could make a skateboard level where you make jumps and stuff and have to use the board to clear some of the gaps.
I could make a music level with sackboy jumping around in tempo to make the music play, I could make a guitar as the prize for that level.
I could make a spider man type level wher sackboy swings from webs and a web shooting gun, The web shooting gun could be a prize for beating the level with a high score.
I could make a level based on the movie 300 with a ton of enemies a narrow passage, and big cliff.

Can I haz Beta kee now?
I would make a level that incorporates a jet powered vehicle of some sort, traveling at fast speeds and to ridiculous heights, i would also incorporate lots of switches and events that the player triggers, as opposed to just jumping around and i would also try to add a large boss you fight inside of at the end.
I want to try recreating Puzzle Quest, or at least Bejweled. If Tetris and Space Invaders can be done, I’m sure I could figure out Bejeweled.
I’d like to make an Alice in Wonderland themed level where you’re constantly following the white rabbit in order to find the right way to go. You’ll constantly be dodging the Queen’s soldiers and solving puzzles and riddles from characters from the story in order to advance. Everything would be taken from the actual book by Lewis Carroll and not the Disney movie.
I’d also like to make a bunch of art and artist themed levels, like a massive pop art level based on Andy Warhol and Keith Haring.
I would create a Giant Penis Themed Level. No. Kidding. But I would like to play a Donkey Kong style level. Complete with a Donkey throwing barrels at you. And the character then having to face the donkey when he reaches the top. I would make it more expansive though. Perhaps including some more traps (physics stuff) on the way to make it more difficult.
i was hoping to make some sort of puzzle level kind of like portal with lots of mindbending things like switches that lauch you cross map just to fall for 7 mins and then get a special item or somthing like that

I would recreate the Apollo 11 moon landing!!!
At the start of the level you overcome simple objects to get to the spacecraft,
then when you reach the spacecraft you press a lever inside and it takes you to the next part of the level which is on the moon!!!
When you are on the moon there will be the usa flag, two golf balls and a comounication device that tells you your spacecraft is broken and you have to find a new engine!!!
after that there will be harder obstacles including alien robot things!!!
while trying to find a new engine you discover a new spacecraft and fly to the finnish!!!!!!
my other idea is celebrating the history of cearal!!!! including frosties, shreddies, co-co pops and other crazy cearal creatures!!!
