Gears of War 2 will come packaged with DLC redemption code
According to king3567 over at the Evil Avatar Forums, who just got his new issue of Gamepro Magazine, copies of Gears of War 2 will come packaged with a redemption code that will allow players on release day to download remakes of 5 multi player maps from the orignal Gears of War. Unfortuanlntly players who were waiting to purchase a used copy will be out of luck, since this will be the only way to acquire these classic maps for GoW 2.
The five maps included in the DLC are Gridlock, Subway, Canals, Mansion and Tyro Station.
