Play TV will not be able to transfer recordings to other media and wont record HD at launch

As we reported yesterday, Play TV is getting ready to launch in Europe next month. But unfortunately it will be missing some of the great features that Sony mentioned Play TV would have.
First of all it was stated before that any programing that was recorded on the PS3 would be restriction free and be able to be transferred to other media devices, like a PSP or your computer. But unfortunately it is now known that you will now be able to transfer recordings from the PS3, although you will still be able to stream recordings or live TV to the PSP using remote play.
Also you wont be able to record HD content as of launch, though this is a feature that Sony is looking to add to Play TV in the future.
