Blizzard has made virtually all useful game data available to promote the growth of third party sites. From gear, loot, raiding to gold farming here are the 12 best resources to help you with World of Warcraft.

Warcrafter.net is a tool that allows you to add gear to your character and see how it will affect your stats, and abilities. On the homepage you can load your character from the WoW Armory, which will import all your current gear and talents.

Be Imba! is an Character Auditor for WoW, which also assists with gear. The idea is, you import your character and it shows you PvE progression. It also presents you with a nice Gear-O-Meter – a graph that shows you what raids you are suited for with your current gear.

While you cannot avoid accidental pulls, your strategy can still be solid. MMO Chamipon is an extensive resource for raiding strategies and techniques, complete with stance layouts!

Warcrafter looks very useful. I wish I knew about it when I was raiding more.
