Richard Lemarchand “we’re probably only using 30 or 40 per cent of the power of the PS3″
An interview with Richard Lemarchand, co-lead game designer at Naughty Dog, was posted over at which has him speaking about a bunch of different topics. These topics include the trophy system that will be implemented in Uncharted through an upcoming patch, programming tools that they developed that are available to third party developers, and that the PS3 has plenty more to offer yet:
“That’s why we think we’re probably only using 30 or 40 per cent of the power of the PS3 right now, and there’s this great, untapped potential.”

Naughty Dog’s next project is currently unannounced, but they are deep into the production cycle. With all of the experience and tools from Uncharted it will be interesting to see what they come up with.
